Debra McMillin was one of the kindest, sweetest and most positive people that I have ever met. Debbie was even more beautiful on the inside than she was on the outside. I was honored to work with such a wonderful woman and to call her my friend. Debbie loved her faith, she loved her family and she loved teaching. Debbie saw the good in each person she met and looked at the bright side of any situation. Debbie touched so many lives over the years with her positive outlook and her giving nature. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. I considered Debbie an angel here on earth, now she is an angel in her Heavenly home.

I saw Mrs. McMillan several times recently when I was taking my mother to her numerous doctor visits these past few months. I came face to face with Mrs. McMillan at St Agnes and did not recognize her until we looked into each other's eyes. I could see the wonderful lady that I knew even though she was so thin, and I could see that she was so sick. She said "Hello," and I said "Hello. How are you?" She cheerfully said she was fine and how was I. I could see she was not fine and I have been thinking of her freqently and worrying about her. I was thinking about her this morning quite a lot and wondered if she had passed and maybe that was why I was thinking about her so much. I found out a little later that she had. She was such a kind teacher. She was Kyle's kindergarten teacher, and she let me bring Brooke when I helped out in the classroom once a week. I always considered her a friend. I will always have special memories of her. Kyle is so very sad at her passing. We loved her very much.

Mrs McMillin will be remembered forever. She was a wonderful teacher who was so dedicated and loving to all the children in her class. She was always there with a big smile when I needed a hug. She loved all of us as much as we loved her. My sister my mom and me will miss her forever.
