Rest in Peace would not even begin to explain how deep the loss felt by me as I miss this wonderful man. There has never been nor ever will there be a Doctor with a heart for the sick or the hurting and especially the poor who needed help! He would make house calls to my Mother when she could not get out to see him. Having lunch to listen to a hurting heart on his only day off... Where would one find such a fine Doctor or friend to replace this man? He leaves behind a Legacy and a fine family. Blessings to his wife Litsa,Kimone and Alex his 2 sons and the rest of his family. 20 years this man was kind to me as Doctor and friend, still hard to believe he is not here. I pray he is in the presence of the my Lord Jesus and I for one will never forget this man! God's grace be upon the entire Acedo family... Randy will be waiting for you.

I was very sorry to hear of Dr Acedo's death. I was a colleague of his at Kaiser Permanente. He was such a lovely man and a very caring and knowledgeable physician. We will miss him sorely

Such a loss! To the Acedo family, my sincere condolences on the death of your dear Randy. He was my husband and my physician the past few years, and we could not have asked for a more compassionate care provider ~ yes, his hugs! THAT was good medicine! He set the bar high. My [late] husband would take up most of his office visits talking politics and a little medicine! My prayers for comfort to family and friends in the coming days; Dr. Acedo surely has earned his great reward in Heaven.

Please accept my sincere condolences for the loss of your loved one. May (1 Thessalonians 4:14) bring you some comfort in knowing that there is a future for the ones we have lost in death. May the God of all comfort strengthen your family during this time of deep sorrow.

I was deeply saddened by Randy's passing. I was a part of the family for about 20 yrs. and in that time I can't recollect a sour note. He was prankster though. When the family got together for a holiday or birthday and neices and nephews were young, he would tickle and chase them all around the house (and through the kitchen, of course) and get them all wound up, then sit back and watch his handy work. Always with that "who me" look on his face. He was a very lucky man to have both a career he loved and enjoyed, and a wife that loved him more than life itself. My heart goes out to Litza and the boys. The world is smaller and a little lonelier without his presence. We were all so lucky to have known him. He was a good man.

My Dr. Acedo was without a doubt the very best physician I've ever been blessed with. In his case, Caregiver is an extremely appropriate way to describe him. It's his HUGS I'll miss. Best medicine for instant relief. Dr. Acedo's genuine passion and devotion went far beyond any Dr. I've known. He made me feel like I was his only patient. His sound advice I still use today in many ways. Dr. Randolph Acedo was a wise, dedicated, kind-hearted, warm friend with a great scense of humor who will be sorely missed by many. Thank you Dr. Acedo for your Excellent Care and Warm bedside manner. Thank you for your much welcomed Hugs! Thank you for showing me Genuine Kindness. Dr. Acedo has set the Bar so high for all Medical Doctors. Thank you so much Dear Friend. Thank you Litsa for sharing your Beloved Husband with us.
Much Love,
Robin David

I've been blessed with very good doctors in my lifetime and Dr. Acedo for the last 6 years was the best and was also my favorite. Friendly, Knowledgeable,Compassionate with the skills of a learned ear. Dr. Acedo was very much an icon at Camarena Health and I can still see the good doctor flow effortlessly from one patient to the next. Sincere condolences to his immediate family and friends and to the countless patients who will and have missed him this last year. We all lost a genuinely passionate, caring Doctor and I was very lucky to have his service and all the good advice he stressed each and every visit. Dr Acedo never gave up on his patients and battled his cancer with Dignity and with the absolute constant help from his wife Litsa. Good Bye My Friend. Sincerely, Mark David

It is sad to hear this news of his passing. He was my Doctor for 20 years while he was working at Kaiser. He was always a delight to talk to and he always had a story. He will be missed by all who knew him.
