Victoria Thomason McFeeters

October 7, 1959 - January 1, 2024

Fresno, CA. - Victoria Thomason McFeeters passed away unexpectedly in Fresno on Monday, January 1, 2024 from a heart attack. Victoria was born on October 7, 1959 to Robert W. Thomason, a Civil Engineer, and Bettina Thomason, a School Administrator.

Victoria graduated from University of Nevada, Reno with a degree in accounting and then worked with Allstate Insurance for 40 years. Victoria had a knack for solving complex injury claims and was set to retire in November 2024.

In 1987, Victoria married Wilfred John McFeeters, a Design Professional, and together they raised two daughters. Victoria, "Tori," had a zest for helping others and enjoyed walks on the beach in Monterey. Tori cherished gourmet family meals and valued time with loved ones. Tori took pride in her home, and found joy in her garden.

Most recently, Tori gave her baby grandson daily care with utmost warmth and affection.

She is survived by her husband, Wilfred McFeeters, and their two children, Elizabeth McFeeters and Katherine Picone. She is also survived by her son-in-law, Christian Picone, and her grandson, Benjamin Wilfred Picone.

Tori is survived by her mother, Bettina Thomason. She is survived by her five siblings: Teresa Busch, Robert (Rhonda) Thomason, Bettina (Jeffrey) Stein, Tamsen (Dave Chardavoyne) McNarie, and Tricia (Ronald) Wathen. Additionally, she is lovingly survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and long-time friends.

The family thanks everyone for their continued love and support. A private service and celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to St. Michael Archangel Anglican Church located at 5073 N. Palm Avenue, Fresno, CA, 93704

Tori sudden and unexpected passing was such a shock. Tori and I met years ago working together on a challenging matter, and she has been one of my good friends ever sense. I don’t know how many hours we spent on the phone but throughout we shared stories, discussed life’s ups and downs, and common experiences. I know how much she loved her family, how proud she was of her daughters, and the joy she had of being a grandparent. Tori was such a great person. I will miss her very much. I think of her often and am so grateful and appreciate that my life was richer by having Tori being part of it. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

Our thoughts & prayers go out to the family at this difficult time. It was such a shock upon hearing the news of Tori's passing. I worked with Tori at Allstate for 10 years and I always enjoyed our conversations and time spent together. She always had that beautiful smile and treated everyone with such kindness. I know she now watches over her family from her new home in heaven, and continues her great love for them until they

My heart was so sad to hear of Tori´s passing. One of the most sincere, caring, giving, loving, friends I´ve ever known. Each of those traits she had with deep passion. What a big role she had in so many lives here on earth while we had her here - I can only imagine how God is using her in heaven now. She was a special angel! I´m so sorry for your loss. I worked with Tori for many years and we shared many stories of our families. Tori and I loved to go to get Shrimp Cocktails at lunchtime in the summer months. Also she loved Thai food, and she got me to try it and now I love Thai food. We both worked in the same type of claims,and sat next to each other. She definitely loved her family. One Christmas we had our unit lunch at her home and it was very special. Such detail. Sending prayers and hugs to her family during this difficult time. May your faith and hope in God comfort you.

I first met Tori at Roeding Elementary School in the third grade, Mrs. Bernhardts class. Tori was a very nice girl, always friendly to me and everyone else. We went to school also at Cooper Jr. High, then graduating from Fresno High in 1977. I only saw her at a couple Reunions, she seemed to have a wonderful husband, and family. My heart goes out to them...she was so young...she is with our Lord now and will be watching over her family and friends...I know I will see her again.. Rest In Peace, my friend, till we meet again.
