Albert Mowbray Obituary

Albert "Dinky" Dewey Mowbray, Jr., 60, of 402 Plonk St., Blacksburg, SC, passed away peacefully, December 7, 2023. He was the son of Gerald E, and Betty Lou Stansell and the late Albert Dewey Mowbray, Sr.

Left to cherish his memory are brothers Jeffrey Stansell (Dana), Henry Stansell (Joanie) of Blacksburg, SC, Eddie Stansell of Rock Hill, SC, sisters Erica Leonard of Lexington, SC, and Alice Ramsey of Blacksburg, SC. Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and a special friend Robert Barr. In addition to his father, he was predeceased by a special niece Halea Wylie.

He enjoyed playing his guitar, loved 70's and 80's rock and roll, gold panning and loved his family.

The family will be at 816 Holly Grove Rd., Blacksburg, SC 29702

A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, December 10, 2023, 2:30 pm at Christian Fellowship Church, 615 Peeler Rd., Blacksburg, SC 29702 with Rev. Willie Lanier and Rev. Gregg Martin officiating.
