Michael Sprouse Obituary
Murrells Inlet, SC - Michael Christopher Sprouse, 39, of 344 Misty Breeze Lane, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 10, 2024.
Born in Gaffney, he was the son of Ricky Dean Sprouse of Gaffney and the late Kathy Lynn Messer Tabor, and stepson of Kathy Fowler and Brian Tabor. He was self-employed in the HVAC and construction business and of the Protestant faith. He loved the Lord and his family, the beach and fishing.
Surviving in addition to his father and step-parents are seven sisters, Tina Hill, Leann Tabor, Kathy Hadden, Malanea Hadden, Dalanea Hadden, Selena Whisonant (Zack) and Destiney Lanier, all of Gaffney; a half-brother, Christopher Sprouse of Gaffney; two step-brothers, Rocky Hadden and Rocky Hadden, III, both of Gaffney; paternal grandmother, Carolyn Hopper of Gaffney; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by two brothers, James Ray Baldwin and David Dewayne Sprouse and his maternal grandmother, Tina Messer.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at 4th Street Gospel Tabernacle. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM at the Church with Reverend Richard Sellars officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family in care of Ricky Sprouse, 601 E. Junior High Road, Gaffney, SC 29340.
The family will be at the home of Ricky Sprouse & Kathy Fowler, 601 E. Junior High Road, Gaffney.
