Ronnie and started first grade together and went all the way through Limestone. I am so sad to read of his passing and regret I missed his service. He was always so kind and friendly and I always looked forward to seeing him at our reunions. May he rest in peace. Mary Ella

Ronnie and I were best pals from Central school on. We rode bikes, played football in Rodney Camp´s backyard, shot vermin with our .22s, watched Frosty Spearman hit Ronnie´s pitches, was a Cub Scout with him, tried to chew some Redman (talk about sick), and shot pool at his house. Couldn´t have found a better or more dependable friend than Ronnie. Old times are not forgot...

Ron (Ronnie) and I grew up playing together. He was a great guy. So sorry to learn of his departure. A story: Ronnie came over to play and we went and hid and cooked some hamburger over a little fire we built. Then I introduced him to rabbit tobacco (smoked in a pipe). Ronnie went home early. Apparently smoking was not his thing; made him sick. His mom and mine were friends and I got some serious blow back. I really liked Ronnie. He was one of the good guys.

Ron was a great friend. We were classmates from 1st grade until high school graduation. Ron was always kind, respectful, a loyal friend, and was loved and respected by all of his classmates. We are all saddened at hearing of his death and shall always remember his big smile. Sincere condolences to Frances and the family. May God be with you during this time and may you find comfort and peace in your fond memories of Ron.
