My dear Frances,
I love you and miss you and still have every card you sent me (a lot of them!). I carry your presence in my heart and often say when unsure of what to do, `What would Frances say/do?´ It helps.
Eternally grateful.

I met Frances in yoga class in our neighborhood in Seattle; she was such a bright light and a wonderful woman. Even when she could no longer practice yoga she went with us to yoga retreats at Sleeping Lady in the Cascade mountains. We all loved her; she was very warm and giving.
My sincere condolences in your loss. The world was a better place for her presence in it.

There is no way to explain the wonder that was Frances unless you knew her and no need to try to explain if you did. Simply, the most loved and respected person I have ever known.
