High Springs - Shawn Lemar Parnell 41, of High Springs, passed on June 29, 2013. He is the first born son of Diane Parnell House and the late William Cottrell.
Viewing will be held Friday, July 12, 6-7 PM at the funeral home and the funeral services on Saturday, July 13, 11AM at Bethlehem United Methodist Church 712 SW Bethlehem Ave., Fort White, Pastor Clarence Desue, officiating.

My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family of Shawn. Not only was he my classmate he was my friend. Shawn had a gentle spirit and a loving heart. I will always remember his smile and sense of humor. Death is not an easy task to handle for anybody but as you face the days ahead think of all the good times.

To The Family of Shawn Lemar Parnell, though this is a difficult time for us, we must hold on to the wonderful times and thoughts we have of him , his love and smile was contagious to those that were around him. I know that the Lord will give us comfort and peace through this sorrowful time, but as I know Shawn he would not want us to be sad that is how big his heart was. Ms. Diane, Anita, and April you will forever be in my heart, I love you and may the Lord give you comfort.
