Peter Tobin Obituary
Leeds, MA - Peter G. Tobin, 59, of Evergreen Rd. in Leeds passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, with his daughter Meghan and his former wife, Cathy Tobin at his side. Peter leaves his devoted daughter Meghan and his beloved cat, Tigsy. He was born in Northampton, a son of the late William and Rita (Bressette) Tobin. He has siblings; Marie, William, Colleen and Kelly Tobin and two stepdaughters; Amanda and Rachel. He was educated in local schools, graduating from Northampton High School and also attended Holyoke Community College and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Peter worked for the City of Northampton with the Water department and most recently for the USPS as a Postal Carrier. At Peter's request all services will be private. Donations may be made to the Dakin Animal Shelter, 171 Union St, Springfield, MA 01105

Whenever we ran into Peter, often at Cooper´s and several times in downtown Hamp, my wife (his cousin) and I always said the same thing: "Peter is one of the kindest, charming, and genuine young man." Just like when I was one of his teachers at JFK - a stellar kid. So sorry to hear about his passing.
