Daniel Perez Obituary

SAN ANGELO My sweet Daniel came into this world on Nov. 25, 1998, and was the greatest blessing ever. He was the sweetest boy with so much love for life, family and friends. He was always momma's boy, he had a smile that would light up the room and was always there to give positive words and hugs. He loved music, starting from a toddler he loved music and always had a dance for his favorite songs. He played football for the YMCA all through elementary and made quarterback every year. He was unstoppable. When he got into middle school, he became more interested in basketball and loved his shoes. He had his own style and was never much of a follower; he was a leader for sure. He would tell you, "I'm the Boss." Daniel was so good at everything he did and just had such a passion for life, he loved babies and saw the beauty in everything. He was taken from us on Monday, April 28, 2014; so suddenly and we will miss him every minute, every step we take, every time we pray until we see him again. He is survived by his mother, Michelle Perez; father Ace Hughes of San Angelo; brothers Christian and Jayden Perez; sisters Mackenzie Hughes and Mersaydes Perez of San Angelo; grandparents Sheri and Roger Gilbert; uncles Brandan Gilbert, Jeremy Gilbert and Dustin Gilbert; aunt Leanne Jenkins of San Angelo; and many friends that loved him very much. He will be missed dearly and as I always told him..."it's not goodbye baby boy, it's I'll see you later." We love you, Daniel.
