Brad Davis Obituary

REIDSVILLE Michael Brad Davis, 35, of Reidsville, went to be with the Lord Friday, September 23, 2016.Graveside services will be conducted 4:00 PM Tuesday, September 27, 2016 in Reidlawn Cemetery.A native of Guilford County, he had lived his entire life in Rockingham County and was a construction worker. Brad was of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, John Davis, Sr. and Helen Brame Davis. He loved to fish and hunt and enjoyed woodworking. Pallbearers will be Johnny Davis, IIl, Christopher Denny, Dennis Fields, Jr., Jason Lowe, David Jackson, and Phillip Kelly.Survivors include his daughter, Dakota L. Davis of Reidsville; his mother, Tammy Ashley and her boyfriend Tim Booth of Reidsville; his father, Johnny L. Davis, Jr. and wife Marsha of Reidsville; brother, Johnny Davis, III and girlfriend Martha James of Reidsville; mother of his daughter, Megan Bailey of Reidsville; maternal grandparents, Alfred and Wilson McKinney Ashley of Reidsville; half-brother, Zack Davis of Reidsville; and half-sister, Ashley Davis Stanley and husband Billy of Reidsville; and a number of nieces and nephews.Memorials may be sent to Citty Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses. The family will see friends 6:00 till 8:00 PM Monday, September 26, 2016 at Citty Funeral Home, and at other times will be at the home of his mother in Reidsville.Online condolences may be sent to: www.cittyfh.com.
