Jovencio Sta. Romana Obituary
(June 1, 1924 Ð November 10, 2008) Pop/Papa/Uncle Ven/Ben of Tamuning, was called home by our heavenly Father at the age of 84. Rosary is being prayed each evening at 6:30 p.m. followed by Mass at 7:00 p.m. at Saint Anthony / Saint victor Catholic Church in Tamuning. Last Respects for Jovencio will be held on Saturday, November 22nd at saint Anthony / Saint Victor Church, beginning at 9:00 a.m. and concluding at 12:30 p.m. Mass for Christian burial will be offered at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Guam Memorial Park in Leyang Ð Barrigada, where we will bid him farewell and a peaceful rest.

To the Santa Ramona's, words are sometimes hard to come by, but our thoughts and prayers are geared towards the blessings for your dad as he enters the Kingdom of Heaven. He was a man of virtue, a man of dignity, His pride and joys, are his wife, children and grandchildren, who also loved him dearly. May you possess the strenght and will to move forward as the cycle of life is rebirth and renewed in the kingdom of Heaven.

I just learned of this very sad news. I'm so sorry to hear about Dad's passing. Words can't even measure such a loss. All I have are wonderful memories.
