News Death Notice
SPEARS, Crista Nicole Age 26 of Middletown, passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2015 in Columbus, Ohio. She was born January 25, 1989 in Middletown, the daughter of Tracy Fultz and Tammy (Williams) Rosenbaum. Crista is survived by her children; Alyssa Spears, Jay Tyler Spears, Arabella Fensler and Neal Fensler Jr.; her parents, Tammy (Ernest) Rosenbaum of Middletown and Tracy (Jerrie) Fultz of Franklin; sisters, Jessica Fultz and Rebecca (Cassy Shelton) Fultz; brothers, William Fultz, Robert (Jeneice) Fultz, Benjamin Fultz and Tracy (Stephanie) Fultz; her grandmothers, Patricia Smallwood and Patricia Fultz; step sisters, Meliea Rosenbaum, Chassitie (James) Pettit and June Smith; step brother, Corey Rosenbaum; step grandparents, Marshall and Shirley Rosenbaum; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Visitation will be Sunday from 3:00 - 6:00 pm at the Breitenbach McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Monday with visitation beginning at 11:00 am at the First United Methodist Church with Reverend John Wagner officiating. Burial will be at the Woodside Cemetery. It's times like this you wish you had taken the time to spend more time with your family. Crista, you were such a beautiful girl. I wish I had known you better. Since your passing I have heard stories about what an amazing person you were. You will be missed a lot by everyone, but especially your family. You are no longer with us on this Earth, but as you are looking down upon all of us today, just know we are aware you are there, and when you see me waving, that's me saying, "Hi Crista!"
