To Loretta and all of Jeff's family:

You have my deepest sympathies. I worked with Jeff for many years before he retired from Coulter. I feel that he was a mentor to me and I continue to rely on lessons learned while working with him. He will be missed but always remembered. I pray that your memories will bring you comfort.

To Jeff's widow, Loretta:

Like Jeff, I too worked at NAA, then went to Coulter. I worked with Jeff at Coulter. He was a brilliant individual and an asset to Coulter. He will be sadly missed and remembered in our prayers.
