FORDYCE, Scott Allen 51 years of age, passed away July 8th, 2018 in Sweet Springs, Missouri. Scott Allen Fordyce was born in the Middletown Hospital, Middletown, Ohio on June 28th, 1967 to Warren (Butch) Fordyce of Middletown and Becky (Shafor) Fordyce. He was preceded in death by his mother. He is survived by his father Butch Fordyce, his brother Shawn Edward Fordyce of Middletown, two sons, Taylor and Nathan of Presque Isle, Maine, and a daughter, Kelli Stethens of Tampa, Florida. A memorial service will be held Monday, August 13th, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. in the sanctuary of the Breiel Blvd Church of God, 2000 N. Breiel Blvd., Middletown, Ohio. Rev.
