Chad has been a very dear friend of mine for many years. I will always remember his wry smile and candid commentary that never failed to make me laugh. He never let me live down using the word splooches in my PhD thesis defense and I can still hear him laughing about it now. I will miss you and our friendship my friend and will hold my memory of you close to my heart.

My condolences, I met Chad in Salt Lake City. Chad always had an interesting prospective on the events of the day, whatever they were. Smart and a great conversationalist, Chad was an inspiration and always make me smile.
I am glad I got to know him.

I met Chad about 2 years ago, we connected right away and stayed friends. Chad was smart, funny and good natured. He was good to talk to. At times when we weren't in contact much he'd at minimum keep me updated on Gus, his dog, who he loved very much. Chad will be missed.
I will be keeping him, and his, in my prayers.
