Kim and Nick, My deepest condolences. Kim and I worked together for a relatively short time but almost immediately I heard about Dave and his fight. Kim shared many wonderful stories about Dave and his love for his family, especially Nick. Dave was a true champion and a special man that I know will be tremendously missed by all who knew and loved him.
