Frank Collins,Sr., 69, of Bloomfield passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 19, 2014 at home. Funeral services will be Friday October 24, 2014, 11 a.m. at Union Congregational Church, 3 Elm St, Vernon, CT, with the family receiving friends from 10-11 a.m. at the church. Frank has been a dear friend of my family since my mother (Joan Kutscher) worked with Donna. Then he and Donna became a members of my church (Union Church). I've always enjoyed his wonderful hugs when I met him at church. He will be greatly missed!
