Grace S. Webb

In Loving Memory of GRACE S. WEBB Grace was a quiet but prominent presence during so many times of the year in the Grace S. Webb School. She spent many hours raising money for the school and planning special events for both students and staff. These events brought much joy and laughter into the lives of our students. She loved to see the happiness that it brought to them, but she never wanted any special recognition. She probably would have preferred not to be in the spotlight, but at school events, this was not possible. After the Institute of Living renamed the school in 1991, in honor of all her efforts for the children served by the school, she was frequently singled out to be recognized. She was always generous with her time and energy. She will be greatly missed by the students and staff of the Grace S. Webb School in Hartford, The Webb School in Cheshire, and The Webb School in Bloomfield.
