I was not able to see my Great-Uncle Romeo but a few short times on my visits to Connecticut. I will however greatly remember my trip to McDonald's with him and my dad (John Churchill) where he attempt to continuely put a $20 bill in my pocket. I will greatly miss him and his wonderful sense of humor! He was a great man with many great ideas!

Thanks for everything Uncle Romeo! I'm glad to have been able to chat with him on the phone one more time before his trip to Heaven.

I remember the words that Uncle Romeo had printed on blue T-Shirts about 20+ years ago:

We fought for America

We suffered for America

We died for America

We are Americans and

we are patriots

Vietnam Veterans

Thanks for the memories and the Marquis

connection. You were the link for us and gave us so much information that Dad never provided. John loved your political "discussions". Our thoughts and prayers go to your sister and brother during this difficult time.
