My heart is heavy to hear of "Bates" passing. Though we have not seen each other in many years, as a young person he was a friend and a gentle soul. My sincere sympathy to his family.

Dear Joy and Family,
I wish your family peace of heart. When you feel empty, fill your heart with happy memories and you will find your smile. Take comfort in one another and know I am an ear to listen, a hand to hold, a heart to share, a friend who cares.
