Steven Elansky Obituary
Steven Elansky, 66, of South Windsor, passed away on Monday, May 05, 2014, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Maxine, stepson Anthony Caruso of Mansfield, brother-in-law Gary Gulliksen of Wethersfield, nephews Eric (Andrea) Olivieri of Bolton and Craig (Kim) Olivieri of Wyoming. He was predeceased by his sister-in-law, Janet Gulliksen. Steven had a passion for his Harley motorcycles and cars, and a love of animals, especially his cat, Casey. His best friend Rick Caplan of Bloomfield, cousin Steven Shore of Simsbury, special friend Susan Connell of Farmington, friends Jerry Tavernier and Teddy Tavernier of South Windsor and many other friends and family brought him much happiness. A graveside service will be held on Friday May 9, 2014, 11 a.m., at Wapping Cemetery, Oakland Road, South Windsor. Family is requesting no flowers.
