LYNNWOOD, WA - Helena native, John Treacy Holter, age 68, passed away at his home in Lynnwood, WA on February 14, 2023. John served in the Navy and was active in several charitable organizations over the years. John was the son of the late Norman Jeff and Joan Holter. John is survived by his wife, Joi; his siblings: Troy, Marian and Jeff and four nieces.
