PATTY ANN GRAHAM SMITH, 60, of Gallipolis, Ohio, wife of Stephen L. Smith, died Sept. 4 in Abbyshire Place, Bidwell, Ohio. She had been a manager of Jack and Jill's. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday, Willis Funeral Home, Gallipolis, Ohio; burial will follow at Ohio Valley Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. www.willisfuneralhome.com.

I will miss my dear cousin Patty. She got along with everyone. She is now in the presence of her God and those gone before her. That is the greatest blessing of all.
