Amber Yarbrough Obituary

WALNUT HILL - Amber Yarbrough, 30, of Walnut Hill died 8:15 a.m. Tuesday (Sept. 5, 2006) in St. Louis University Hospital. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Free Methodist Church, Centralia, with the Rev. Dr. Bruce Cromwell officiating. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in Gilead Cemetery, Jefferson County. Irvin Funeral Home, Centralia, is in charge of arrangements. Memorials: to the family for Amber's children's education. Mrs. Yarbrough was born Dec. 8, 1975, in Decatur, the daughter of Edward Buckles and Diana Hartnell Weaver. She was a homemaker. She was previously employed by St. Mary's Hospital as a benefits specialist in the human resource department. She was a member of Free Methodist Church. She was a lifelong resident of Walnut Hill. She married Kevin Yarbrough on May 23, 1997, in Carlyle. Surviving are her father and stepmother, Edward and Judy Buckles of Decatur; mother and stepfather, Dianna and Rod Weaver of Centralia; husband, Kevin; sons, Noah and Elijah Yarbrough of Walnut Hill; grandmother, Dimple Currie of Centralia; grandfather, Alfred Buckles of Cowden; brother, Matthew Buckles of Bloomington; sister, Amanda Currie of Centralia; many uncles, aunts and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Dora and Warren Morgan; grandmother, Ellen Buckles; grandfather, Glenzo Currie; and aunt, Doreen Hunt.
