Very sad news. Tom and I shared the good, bad and ugly of the Naval Academy and the Navy nuclear power training program. Tom joined the East coast submarine fleet and I stayed on the west coast. Tom was a terrific friend and classmate with that special combination of humor, intelligence and commitment to family, friends and career. My heart is breaking for Jan and the entire Morse family. I wish we had stayed closer because he was a special person and friend. This picture will help remind me of our friendship and his special personality.
