Carlos will be in our thoughts and prayers. Our deepest sympathy to the family in Miami and Goa too. I remember the fun times we had in Goa when we were young. He taught me to cycle, and go fishing. RIP.

Thank you from myself and My Mother who you know is in heaven for being such a Blessing to My Mother and me although she was Blessed to have spent more Time with all of you who she Loved very very much.Carlos will truly be missed by all i enjoyed talking with him at Jane's wild gatherings. I was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Mr. Carlos D'Silva. May the Almighty give his soul eternal peace.
The entire Bhatcar family joins me in conveying our heartfelt condolences to the D'Silva family. May God give you all the strength to bear your loss.
Our association with Mr. D'Silva goes back at least 5 decades, from the time he worked with my father at the Bank of India. Over the years, he kept in touch with all of us even after migrating to the US. He visited my family in Goa, during each of his visits and would call them from time to time. He was very caring and during any inclement weather situation for me in New Jersey, I was sure to receive a call from him to find out about our well-being!
We will all miss him.
