Irene, Jeannette and I were saddened to hear that Bob had passed away. CFMers expect one another to last until we obtain peace and justice in the world. Of course that will take another year or two. We'll keep working on it as I'm sure you will. You and all Tomontos will be in our prayers. Pace e bene ----- Dan and Jeannette VanBelleghem

Tomonto Family,

I'm so sorry for what has to be an immense yet temporary loss for you.

I was priviledged to have worked for Mr. Tomonto for almost eight years, and although I didn't know it at the time,in retrospect, his exemplary behavior had a great influence on me.

I must tell you there wasn't a day that he did not talk about his family, and it was always with pride and great joy.

May the Good Lord keep him and all of you very close to His heart.

Dear Irene and the Entire Tomonto Family,

Jackie and I are so sorry for your great loss, but we feel truly blessed for being able to spend time with all of you during Deacon Bob's wake service. Father Matt conducted a beautiful service, and all of the speakers were so full of love and admiration for Deacon Bob. Andrew's reflections on behalf of his siblings and cousins were especially moving; as the granddaughter of a "Nana" and two "Papas" it was wonderful to hear the love and respect revealed with each of Andrew's words.

I would like to thank you for sharing Bob with our parish family. Deacon Bob provided my daughter, Jackie, with excellent training as an Acolyte, and he will always be special - it's very difficult for some to break tradition, but Bob made Jackie feel as though she truly belonged in that role.

Peace be with all of you, and eternal rest grant unto Deacon Bob. May your wonderful memories sustain you always.

To Chip and Elsa, and the rest of Mr. Tomonto's family: Gloria and I offer our condolences. Your father was a great man, and raised a great family. He was an inspiration to all of us relative to the right way to live your life. It is reassuring to see those values being passed down to your children as well. - Hal and Gloria Baden

Irene,
Peace be with you and the entire Tomonto family during this time.

Bob made a tremendous impact on Rosemarie's and my marriage through your example of what a real marriage is.

Your marriage and leadership in the Covenant experience and CFM touched our marriage in one of the greatest ways possible. Thank you for those everlasting gifts, your love, and for answering God's call as a witness to so many.

Dearest Irene, Bob,Anne, Chip, Elsa, Patrice, David, Kristin, Robert, and Melissa, Mathew we are deeply saddened by your loss. We cherish and are grateful for the memories, guidance, time shared and example your husband and father has been to us. We are with you during this time of grief.
What moves through us is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, we may not understand why you left this earth so soon, or why you left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that he died, but that he lived. And that his life gave us memories too beautiful to forget.
Love and Blessings Juan & Isa Mendez

Chip,

I am very sorry for your loss. Having lost my father this past January I know the pain you feel right now. I also know, based on what I read about your Dad's life, that you are comforted to know that he is serving his Maker in a new way.
