Johnny was a great guy. I grew up with him on Miami Beach, we both worked at the Casa Blanca hotel in 1967-68. Johnny and his sisters Mary and Karen had the same thing in common with my two brothers and I – – we were poor and grew up without mothers. Johnny was fascinated with theater and stage, and did anything he could to get in to see the shows at the big hotels. My best memory of him is after he met the actress Totie Fields he had just been transported into another world. I am glad to see that he stayed with the stage and theater. He was a great guy from a great family, he was adored by both of his sisters.

John was a very special person. He was always there for anyone that needed him. He was an asset to our neighborhood. In his spare time you could find him in his back yard, feeding the birds and squirrels and tending to the cats that he dearly loved. He always had a smile no matter how he felt. Jack and I will miss him.

My condolences to the Ladormirak family. John was such a kind and gentle person and such a good friend to those who knew him. His love for the Hollywood Playhouse and the many people involved was exceeded only by their love for him. He will be greatly missed.

John Ladomirak was a very dear cousin on mine, but he was a workaholic. He loved what he did and was busy all the time. We both grew up in the Miami-Dade County area. I will miss him and wish we had more time to see all of us. We all love him dearly and will miss him.
