Ruth Tessler Obituary

TESSLER, RUTH WINTNER, 1910-2005, beloved Matriarch of the Tessler family, passed away at the age of 94 with her adoring family by her side on April 6th, 2005. She was the wife of the late Joseph Tessler and the cherished sister of the late Frances Rosen, Dorothy Sperling, and Arthur Wintner. A loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, she is survived by her three children, Mickey (Cristina)Tessler, Marsha Leoni, and Dr. Stephen Tessler (Lynda Elbaum). Her 12 grandchildren: Robin (Christophe) Petit, Laurie (Lenny) Quercioli, Todd (A.J.) Leoni, Louis Tessler, Allison (Gary) Twist, Linda (Carlos) Henriquez, Michele (Jeff) Berlowitz, Joanna (Nicki) Tessler, Joseph Tessler, Johnathan Tessler, Julian Tessler, Joshua Tessler and her 16 great-grandchildren. Ruth Tessler was a woman of incredible accomplishment, dignity, strength and devotion to her family. We will all miss her very much and will carry her in our hearts, always.
