Vincent Delmore Obituary

DELMORE, VINCENT THOMAS. February 21, 1993 to May 20, 2007 Vincent Thomas Delmore was a beautiful and much loved boy who passed from us suddenly Friday night following a traffic accident in Coconut Grove. He was coming home after a great day of fun with his school friends and skating pals. Vince charmed us all with his quick wit, friendly humor, and sensitive soul. He brought laughter and new music into our lives. His great love was for sports, and he was known for his enthusiastic athletic ability, always looking for a game. He loved football, baseball, skateboarding, sailing, golf, and hiking, and was looking forward to playing football in high school. Vince is survived by his parents, Nick Delmore and Nancy Cliff, his grandparents Jane and George Balsley, and his aunt and uncle, Patty Cliff and Wes Hunter. He was friendly and outgoing and will be missed by many teachers and students at Ponce de Leon Middle School. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, May 23, 2007 at 3:45, P.M. at Plymouth Congregational Church, 3400 Devon Road, Coconut Grove, Florida. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation in Vince's name be made to Ponce de Leon Middle School. For more information about donations to the school, call 305-661-1611. A Friend Who Can't Forget

May 17, 2022

Tomorrow marks 15 years since I last saw you. I can't believe it's been 15 years. I can never shake this week off my mind. It still feels like a lie. It all still feels like a sick joke. You don't know how many times I looked at Ms. Bryan's door during homeroom and Language Arts hoping you'd walk in with a huge grin on your face saying, "Gotcha!" You were so young. Now that we're almost nearing thirty next year, I can't help but wonder of the life that got taken from you.

I miss you, man.
