When I first encountered Mario he was emptying the coin box in the pay phone in Newell. He had a key and it was his job, we talked and I told him I raised goats. He came over to the house and bought a 3 or 4 month old goat and asked if I ever ate goat meat before. When I answered no he invited me over to the party the goat was to be used for. It was my first time of eating goat. Watching him use every part of that animal, no waste, was and added treat. Thank you Mario for teaching me about Chivo.
