MORRISON, Charlsie F., age 70 of Huntland, passed away on Thursday, May 5, 2016, at Southern Tennessee Regional Health System Winchester. She was born in Stevenson, Ala. on June 29, 1945, to the late Jefro and Alexis Cordele Makeson Floyd. Charlsie was a member of the Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoyed shopping, good food, watching ""Andy Griffith,"" and talking to family on the phone. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sons, Jefro Morrison and Joseph Morrison; brothers, Clum Floyd and Grover Floyd; sister, Lucille Floyd; and special relative, Ruthie Morrison. Charlsie is survived by sons, Woodrow Morrison, Robert (Pamela) Morrison and Gary Foster; daughter, Rosezel Robinson; daughter-in-law and caretaker, Cindy Wylie; grandchildren, Robert William Graun Sr., Regina Marie Graun, David William (Cassie) Graun, Jeremy David (Maggie) Morrison, Jessica Dawn (John) Scott, Austin Morrison, Charlsie Morrison, Matthew Dean (Loretta) Dresback, Woodrow Lee Morrison Jr., Josh Morrison, Eddie Morrison Jr., Pandora Morrison, Alexus Morrison, Dominick Metcalf, Corey Metcalf, Jamison Morrison; 24 great-grandchildren; sisters, Johnnie Hamilton and Mattie Reynolds; companion, Ricky Stevens; and best friend, Bonnie Gipson. Visitation with the family was held on Friday, May 6, 2016, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home in Winchester. Funeral services were conducted on Saturday, May 7, 2016, at 11 a.m. at the Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. John Neal officiating.
