HANGER, Jerry Brown, age 69 of Tullahoma, passed away on Friday, Jan. 8, 2016, at his residence. He was born in Estill Springs on Aug. 24, 1946, to the late Jody Lee and Rubye Cleek Hanger. Jerry worked as a farmer before his retirement. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, William "Bill" Hanger. He is survived by his sons, David Wade Hanger and James Eric (Samantha) Hanger; daughter, Erica Kay (Josh) Freeman; sister, Doris (Tony) Buchanan; and grandchildren, Jody Lee Hanger, Jonathan Freeman and Logan Freeman. Visitation with the family will be held on Monday, Jan. 11, 2016, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home in Winchester. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, Jan. 11, 2016, at 7 p.m. in the Moore-Cortner Funeral Home Chapel.
