To the Family of Betty L. Ormond, I had the pleasure of knowing Betty while employed with the State of Florida (APCI). Betty had one of the kindest, friendliest and caring dispositions of anyone I’ve ever met. She never had anything negative to say about anyone - always a pleasant joyful spirit. Surely, she is in a place where she deserves to be, at ‘Home’ with the Lord Jesus Christ.
