Anthony "Tony" Espiritu

Tony Espiritu Anthony Joseph Espiritu was born in Seattle on March 1, 1965 and passed away in Everett on March 17, 2015 after a brief struggle with cancer. A native of Edmonds, he graduated from Edmonds High School in 1983 and after graduation served in the US Navy until 1988. Tony worked at Boeing for 25 years in Everett and Renton and traveled all over the world as part of the Concorde team. He spent most of his years working on the Boeing 747 line. Tony was a beloved son, brother, and favorite uncle. He is survived by his mother, Ruth Espiritu; brothers, Al (Liz) and Andy (Krista) Espiritu; his nephews, Alex and Adam; and his nieces Emily and Kat. Tony's father, Bon Espiritu, preceded him in death. Tony will be remembered as a gentle, fun loving, generous and loyal friend. He was always ready with a warm hug, a huge smile and a kind word. He will be forever loved and missed. A viewing and Rosary will be held at Beck's Funeral Home in Edmonds beginning at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2015. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at St. Thomas More church in Lynnwood, WA, followed by a reception. Interment will be on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at 10:30 a.m., Tahoma National Cemetery, 18600 SE 240th St, Kent, WA 98042.
