Hurd Family:

I remember Earl from the days of keeping score for my Dad's sports teams at the Boy's Club. Those times brought many moods but I do remember the smiles. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

To Earls Family,
In the early 70's I broke my back and was paralyzed for awhile. When I started to make a recovery I would go work out down at the Elks to build up the muscles I'd lost. Earl was there and worked out with me and gave me a lot of inspiration. He helped me with my recovery just by being there and being friendly and helping me figure out what excersises would be good for me. I have often spoken very fondly of him. I hope you are all as prould to be his family as I am to call him a friend from my past. My thoughts go with you.
