I have so many stories of my Aunt as do many others. It has not always been fun, but we had so many years of great that the bad has no meaning anymore. One thing that I always think about is she made very good PB and J sandwiches. Whenever she watched my Brother Nathan and I we always had such a good time. I remember being able to where her high heel shoes when I was 9 or 10 she had very small feet. She was so caring and loving to us (never afraid to spank us) and for that I am thankful.

Dear Auntie,
I have loved you for most of my life and now you are gone. I have cried with you, laughed with you, and have been angry with you. Now that all of this can be no more I am left with memories. Life is taken for granted day after day, but once it is take we are shocked and disappointed that are goodbye was not good enough. I know you loved us I know you cared it has never been a question in my mind. I am able to live on knowing all of this is true. You are no longer suffering or battling day after day. You are at peace.
Uncle Mark and Karmen will be in good hands. I love them with all of my soul and being. Life is good, and it goes on.

I love you auntie and I will forever.

Nicole

I was so very sorry to hear of Joann’s passing. She was loved by so many and her smile will always stay with me. To Mark and Karmen, I love you both and will keep you in my prayers. There is so much history with all of the Wood Family. I can only feel blessed to know you all and will truly cherish the memories I have.

Much love, Peggy Curl

Do not stand at my grave and weep. ?I am not there, I do not sleep. ?I am a thousand winds that blow, ?I am the diamond glints on snow. ?I am the sunlight on ripened grain, ?I am the gentle autumn’s rain. ?When you awaken in the morning’s hush, ?I am the swift uplifting rush ?of quiet birds in circled flight. ?I am the stars that shine at night

There are so many things about Joann that I will miss. She was a warm caring person and I'm so sad that she is gone. My sympathy goes out to her parents and to the rest of her entire family and friends. I love you Mark and Karmen and am here whenever you need me.

My Mom will be missed more than words can describe. I loved her with all my heart and more. She was always there for me when I needed her, and even if I didn't she was there too! I'll miss the little things the most like talking to her in the morning, coming to pick up fresh baked cookies, waiting for my Birthday just to get to pick out my own homemade cake, the way she tended to her flowers, her loving nature and pretty much everything else too. I know she is now at peace and I'll get to see her again some day, but for now I'll keep her in my heart.

Warm Summer Sun

Warm summer sun,
Shine kindly here,
Warm southern wind,
Blow softly here.
Green sod above,
Lie light, lie light.
Good night, dear heart,
Good night, good night.

Joann and I have known each other for a very long time, we both graduated from Mariner High School, and got into a litttle bit of mischief but always learned a very good lesson. One of my favorite memories of spending time with her was when I would go fishing with her mom and dad in a camper up to fish lake and listening to County music that may have really been Polka music. And she taught me how to cruise colby....She will be greatly missed and I loved her dearly....

I am so saddened by Joann's passing. I met her in High School and were instant friends. My only wish was that we could have kept in better touch. But life took us in different directions. I was so very thankful to have gotten to see her 2ys ago on a trip back home to Wash. We had a good visit I had missed her so much. Her passing brings both sadness and also happiness for having know her and sharing some great memories. My sympathy to her family. Karen
