Marjorie Kellerman Obituary

Marjorie Diane Kellerman
May 13, 1933 - July 23, 2012

Margie Kellerman, 79, of Everett passed away unexpectedly at her home, July 23, 2012.
She was born at home in Snohomish (Fobes Hill) May 13, 1933 to Carl and Maxine Buell. They later moved to Everett where she attended Everett High School.
In 1950, she married Jim Kellerman and together they had their only child, Gloria. They were married 43 years.
As a young woman, Margie always took pride in keeping her home immaculate. She also loved to cook, baking bread and pies for family and friends. Her potato salad and baked beans were in high demand at get togethers.
When grandchildren came into the picture her affinity for hats earned her the nickname "Grandma Hat". Later in life, many didn't realize that wasn't her real name.
Margie was preceded in death by her husband, Jim; and her sister, June Young.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Gloria Gay and her partner, Doug Kristiansen; two granddaughters, Michelle and Michael Walsh, Chrissi and Cory Dow; three great grandchildren, Grace and Ryan Walsh and Cole Dow; and her best friend, her cat, Pretty Boy.
We would like to thank her friend and neighbor, Mary, for all she has done throughout the years, helping Margie to remain in her home.
At her request, there will be no services.

Gloria, Your mom was one of a kind, she was so cute, she always had one of her hats on, she had so many hats to choose from. She always had a smile, hug and kiss for us every time we say her. We love her, Carol and Robyn.
