Larry B. Hinton ROCK HILL - Larry Bruce Hinton of 1006 Crawford Road in Rock Hill, S.C. departed this life on Sunday, November 1, 2015, at Carolinas Medical Center in Pine-ville. He was born in Rock Hill, S.C. to Mrs. Ola Dunlap Hinton and the late Sidney Hinton Sr. He was a graduate of Rock Hill High School. He was preceded in death by one brother, Sidney Hinton Jr. and one sister, Costella Gaither. In addition to his mother, he is survived by one sister, Mrs. Patricia H. Sims of Rock Hill; one brother, Mr. W. Jerry Hinton Sr. of Rock Hill; one brother-in-law, Mr. James Gaither Sr. of Rock Hill; one aunt, Mrs. Mary Howard of Paterson, N.J. and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation was from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, November 5, 2015, at Parker Funeral Home. His funeral is at 11 a.m. Friday, November 6, 2015, at Parker Funeral Home. Archbishop B.R. Wilson will officiate. Burial will be at Barber Memorial Cemetery. Family will receive friends at 919 Jefferson Avenue in Rock Hill. Parker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
