My deepest condolences to the Howell family on the loss of your love one. May God continue to bless you and keep you in his care. I know Louis from Rock hill SC and he was always fun and loving. I encountered Mr. Howell as a customer, while going to the Post Office. He was always joking and laughing. May God blanket the family with love and peace, during their time of loss.
