Winston-Salem, North Carolina - Dell Hoyle Little, wife of the late William F. Little, died on December 28, 2025. She passed peacefully at the brave age of 94, surrounded by family and friends in Winston-Salem, NC.
Born in Mecklenburg County, Dell attended Western Carolina Teachers College, and UNC-CH, remaining an active resident of Chapel Hill for over six decades.
A Celebration of Life service is scheduled for Friday, March 6, 11am at Church of Reconciliation, 110 N Elliott Rd, Chapel Hill, NC 27514
(with live streaming of the service via churchrec.org). Funeral arrangements at Walker's Funeral Service of Chapel Hill: walkersfuneralservice.com.
