Durham
Robert "Bob" Edward Raper, Sr, age 78, died at Duke Hospital, Durham, NC on October 15, 2018. He was born on June 27, 1940 to the late Edward and Bessie Raper.
Bob is survived by his wife, Gloria Browning Raper, son, Robert Edward "Eddie" Raper, Jr, daughter Julie Raper Miller, son David Raper, sister Betty McDonald of Lodi, CA, and 7 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m.in the Hall-Wynne Funeral Service chapel. The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. prior to the service. Interment will follow at Maplewood Cemetery.
