Jack Seiler Obituary
Jack was born June 30, 1930, to Katharine and Jacob Seiler in South Haven. He grew up in South Haven, attending St. Basil Catholic Church, graduated from South Haven High School and attended Northwood Institute in Midland. Jack enlisted in the U.S. Air Force.
He opened Seiler Auto Sales in South Haven in 1959. Jack married Bonnie, and after moving to Holland, worked at Crown Motors LTD until he retired at age 80.
Jack was a good friend and a great story teller.
He was preceded in death by his grandson, Devin; stepson, Richard; and sisters, Helen, Theresa, Betty and Anna.
Surviving are his wife, Bonnie; daughters, Laurie (Chuck) Palanca, and Linda Davies; sons, Richard (Beth) Seiler and Ron (Joy) Seiler; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; stepson, Mark Kelley; and a brother, Joe (Alice) Seiler. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 23, 2013, at St. Basil Church, 513 Monroe Blvd., South Haven. A luncheon will follow the service at the church.
