A wonderful Christian as was her husband S.D. They were outstanding SS teachers at South Main Bap church. They were of great assistance during our move to NOLA. They were like few that we have met over the years.

Candy,
You and your sister are your mother's legacy ~ so often reflected in your servant's heart, whimsical stories and ideas, infectious laugh and always generous kindnesses shared with others. I only met your dear mother a few times, but feel that I know her so well through you. She is deeply joyful and thankful for the life you live with our Lord each day.
love you,
Sandy

I'll never forget how pretty, sophisticated, and dignified she was. She was a sweet, loving person. Oh and her dimples when she smiled, beautiful.

I want to thank the family for sharing Cozy and SD with the rest of us. I will always think of them in the company of young married couples. Cozy was always sharing lots of love and sometimes a little lipstick. She was deeply loved in return.

Connie and Candi,
Our prayers are with you both. Our entire family loved Aunt Cozy and Uncle Simmie D so much. Aunt Cozy was always a joy to be around and she made us always feel so special. She was such a beauty too! I know that we must be satisfied knowing that our loss is now Heaven's gain, but it is never easy and is especially tough when it's your mama....If either of you need anything, please let us know.
We have now lost a complete generation of Reid's and we are the generation left. Let's please stay in touch and try to get together. I know you stay in touch with Joe Oliver, so I have included Jackie's email address, as well as mine so that we too can stay in touch. Jackie: [email protected], Angenette: [email protected].
Much love to you both,
Angenette

I never had the pleasure of meeting Cozy, but I can tell we would have had fun together. I loved hearing stories and seeing pictures.
You will always have those stories, and she will live forever in your hearts.
With Deepest Condolences, Love, Karen Cassidy

Your mother, like mine, always had a smile on her face. She was a wonderful person.
