Mr. Day was truly one of our favorite patients. He always had a smile on his face no matter how bad he felt. Mr. Day never complained about anything. We will always remember him with a book in hand. We will miss his smiling face. Kathy and Beverly (Dr. Cimo's office)

So many memories of such a great man. The Astro Buddie days when Mr. Day would take us to the Astrodome and my father would pick us up or the other way around. All the Shell picnics. The vacation in Galveston in 1974. I will always treasure those days. It was an honor knowing you Mr. Day. I will never forget you.

My grandfather was truley a awesome person.... i have so many memories of him and my sisters wrestling on the bed when we were little and also going on cat hunts in his apartment complex. He is the only grandfater i have and i wouldent have it any other way . I love him and unfortunally as i grew older my time with him grew shorter. It seemed like i was always "too busy" to vist with him. Of course i DO and always will remember the last time i saw him. It was after he had got out of the hosiptal for the last time on a saturday. I was at work at the hob lob and my grandmother had come in to get some crafts. I looked out the window and my grandpa was in the van reading the newspaper. After i saw him i went out to talk to him and he was just so cheery and full of laugther even after all the drama he had gone through. We talk for about 10 mintues then my family came to pick me up for lunch. That really meant alot to me cause i really didnt get to see him anymore and it gave us time to catch up one on one. I thank god everyday for that 10 minutes because little did i know that was the last time i would see him. My grandpa was the greatest.

Gramps was the best man i have ever met in my entire life. He would do anything for anyone else no matter what the cost was to him. He loved life and he loved the people in his life. He had such a funfilled spirit and i believe that, that is why he was such a joy to be around. But the important thing is that he will never be forgotten and that the memory of him will live on in everyone who knows hime.

I love you gramps!!!

Dad, you were the best father-in-law anyone could ever ask for. You welcomed me into your family with open arms and an open heart full of love. You were more of a dad to me than my dad ever was. No one else will ever take your place. I miss you so much. Thank you for all the love you showed me. It was a blessing to be your daughter-in-law.
