Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from five o'clock in the afternoon until six o'clock in the evening on Thursday, the 6th of November, in the Garden Room of the Bradshaw-Carter Home, 1734 W. Alabama Street in Houston.
A Celebration of Life will commence at six o'clock in the evening with a reception immediately following.
For those wishing to make a customary remembrance, the family requests, with gratitude, that memorial contributions in the name of Dr. John K. Hoff be directed to the Gene Therapy and Research Foundation, P.O. Box 20586, Houston, TX 77225-0586, for further development of Plato's CAVE™.
