This is a most sad day for us in this world but a most joyful day for "peanut" as she is in the front row of heaven with our Lord. We will miss her and never forget her but what solace it is knowing she is in a better place than we!!!

Bright light, flame of joy; you illuminated our lives. Your flame lives on shining into every corner of God's heaven. You are the special guardian angel of your Mom and Dad, Keri and Dillin. Fly, fly little one - you're free. Peace. We love you and will always be here for your Pumie and Hawk.

To The crouse family, I only knew Leslie through my sister. I am so sorry for this tradgedy, But I want you to stay with me for a moment. I am a very stong beleiver in God. I have lost my mother, my sister and my son. So though I don't know what you are going through, I know what I went through. But this is what brought me through. You know how every day we have to worry about this are that, suffer from illness, cry when we are hurt. Well something came to me God has told us that the dead are in a state of sleep, and what I'm saying is not there body but there souls. Now God say's that upon his return those of us that have done well, will awaken and will rise in order to be taken to Heaven with him forever. He say's there will be no more crying, there will be no more dieing and there shall be eternal life forever, He say's there shall be happiness and joy forever. So what I am saying is Leslie did not go through death for nothing, God as taken her away from this cruel and visious world that we must endure until our day has come. And somehow I know and beleive everything that I know and have been told about Leslie. God shall let her rise and that's when Leslie will really began to live. So we must strive so that one day we shall see her again. May God bless you, and comfort your heart until you see your little girl again!

To the Crouses,

It was my pleasure to teach Leslie at UHD this semester. She was such a dedicated student and a genuinely nice person. She will be missed by everyone in the class and I will especially miss visiting with her after class. It's like the spark has left our classroom. I wish there was something those of us here could do to ease your pain.

Dear Uncle Hank and Aunt Suzy,

The pain I feel at the loss of my cousin must be a drop of water compared to an ocean of pain and anger for you. I wish there was something I could do to help lessen your grief.

I was so glad to see Leslie again this summer and spend time with all of you. I feel like we'd finally gotten a chance to connect again as family. I am so very sorry that she was taken at such a promising time in her life.

Know that my love and prayers are with you, now and always. If you need anything, please let us know.

With all our love,

Elena, Cody, Isaiah, and Rich

When Leslie worked for Hudson Building Sytems her and I became friend on a business level and shortly after on a personal level. She was always some much fun to talk to. Even though our friendship was cut short by this tragedy I will always remember her for who she was, an all around good person!
