Lisa was always a cheerful person who was a joy to know. Even though I had not seen her for many years I had always hoped I would see her again.
Goodbye my friend. I will miss you.

What unexpected and puzzling news to learn of Lisa's passing. She was a creative and generous person, fun to work with, and still very young at heart. I am happy to have known her and to have been a friend. My sympathies go out to all of Lisa's friends and loved ones who, like me, will always cherish memories of her. Peace....

Lisa and I were friends for 17 years. We have shared much and recently spending Christmas and New Years Eve together. Her friendship will always be remembered and sorely missed. My heart goes out to her grandparents that meant so much to her. It warmed my heart to see so many that also loved Lisa like I did.

To the family of Lisa,
I had worked with Lisa for four years. During that time we shared creative ideals and supported each other in time of need. Her neverending energy showed through her work. She always seemed to shine through her displays. She is still all around ous at Whole Foods and always will be. I am truly sorry for your lost. Sinercely

How do you say good-bye to someone that touches your life so profoundly? Lisa was 'found' family to me … we used to joke that we were sisters with different mothers. She was one of those wonderful people that 'never met a stranger'. It never mattered that time and distance separated us, Isa-bear will live always in my hearty and in my memories. May her memory be as a blessing … may her family and friends know peace …

Wow, another classmate. Life is a so precious. It seems like yesterday when I saw Lisa at our reunion. She was her same old friendly self. Over 20 years had passed and bam, " hi Jeff Grenader, hi Lisa Head".I remember when she first moved to Houston. I went to Fondren and Westbury with her.I remember our first meeting her very well. She had a natural talent for art. She was very creative. I remember her mentioning having this great job at Whole Foods.I will miss her.My thoughts are with her family.

My thoughts and prayers go out to your family. I remember Lisa as a young teenager coming to the Houston Area Women's Center to volunteer with her grandmother, Adelyn. Well, I grew to love Adelyn and Lisa as well. Lisa and I became pretty good friends back then. Some years passed when I did not see her for some time. Then a few years ago I met her again and saw what a wonderful woman she had become. She had this bursting personality just like she did when she was a child. She will certainly be missed. But she made her mark in life and that will always be remembered.
With Adoring Memory

I will miss Lisa's cheerful, friendly and vivacious personality. I only knew Lisa as a result of my being a customer at Whole Foods but she always greeted me with a sunny smile and sometimes a sample or some uplifting conversation. Whatever mood I was in before I saw Lisa I was in a much better one after I saw her. She lifted my spirits! This is such a shock and hard to understand. She definitely made the world a better place! I will miss seeing Lisa now. What a loss!
