To the Bean Family,
I was looking through the obits last night and saw this one. I was shocked to say the least. I had to read it 3-4 times to make sure this was the same Scott Bean that I knew and loved as a boy and teenager. He was my favorite friend of Allen's of all time. I have thought about him often, especially lately for some reason. I'm sorry they lost touch. He was such a great kid and I'm sure he grew up to be a great man. There are no words or anything that can help right now. The only thing I can say is "This really sucks". I can say that from experience. Harvey and I lost our precious Amber Feb. 2008. She was 22. Joyce, if at any time you would like to talk to me about what you are feeling please contact me. We are still in the same place for now. Remember you are not alone in this and just take it second by second because day by day is to much to handle right now. My prayers are with you all at this time.
